Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise & lead the customer service team, delivering exceptional service to tenants within commercial building, and providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high service standards.
  • Oversee concierge operations, ensuring smooth daily activities, professional handling of inquiries, and efficient tenant/visitor management.
  • Enhance tenant & visitor experience by promptly addressing concerns, resolving issues, and implementing service improvements.
  • Handle escalated complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Work closely with the operations team to enhance customer experience and maintain a welcoming, professional environment.
  • Assist in emergency situations, coordinating with security and management to ensure tenant safety and compliance with building policies.
  • Shift duty is required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Higher Diploma and above in Hospitality / Property Management or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in customer service, preferably in property management, hospitality, or commercial buildings. With at least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Proven leadership skills with experience supervising a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with tenants, visitors, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to service enhancement.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office.
