- Design and implement customer loyalty and membership solutions
- Keep up-to-date best practice for customer loyalty communications and programme
- Be responsible for all CRM data-driven marketing and loyalty / customer retention campaigns, in order to enhance customer experience
- Deliver all assigned projects with high quality visual and copy articulation that appropriately reflected the membership brand and adhered to the guidelines
- Manage external parties/agencies and internal stakeholders to achieve goals and ensure a smooth implementation of programmes
- Bachelor and above in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years CRM / Public Relations experience
- Positive working attitude with strong analytical and quick problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, good presentation skill and result-oriented
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Occasional Overseas business trips;
- Immediately available preferred
