Collateral Operations Analyst - Associate (Up to 50k)

- Perform daily margining activities in accordance with ISDA CSA and GMRA documentation.
- Issue and respond to margin calls in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage the receipt and delivery of cash and securities collateral for OTC derivatives and repo transactions.
- Performing multiple operations' functions that support the securities financing products, primarily repo and securities lending
- Oversee collateral movements to comply with Uncleared Margin Rules (UMR).
- Conduct portfolio reconciliation, investigate breaks, and resolve margin call disputes.
- Develop and implement new products and services across OTC Derivatives
- Participate in strategic projects aimed at enhancing processes, in support of regulatory mandates, strengthening control frameworks and reduce operational risk
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Solid understanding of front-to-back trade processing workflows for OTC products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and resilient
- Collaboration and teamwork skills and experience, including strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
