- Assist to receive, deliver and follow-up compliance requirements from both internal parties and external authorities
- Maintain the internal administration system, preparing regular reports, and other ad-hoc affairs
- Coordinate with internal parties including Head Office or subsidiaries on compliance affairs
- Implement and complete project / administration tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- University graduate, with CAMS, AAMLP and other AML related certification qualifications are preferred
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in administration work, FCC experiences in financial institutions are preferred
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good computer application knowledge including MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with knowledge of Putonghua
