Our scope of business ranges from insurance, investment, and retirement to MPF.To cope with our business expansion, we now invite dynamic and highly motivated individuals to join and grow with us.ResponsibilitiesEnsure accuracy and timeliness of monthly payroll processes for all distribution channels.Process and reconcile compensation, bonuses, and incentives in accordance with company policies.Maintain up-to-date agent and technical representative records in the agency management system.Oversee agent lifecycle activities including onboarding, promotions/demotions, data amendments, and contract terminations.Manage orphan policy transfers and support debt recovery processes.Ensure completeness and accuracy of data entries across systems.Submit statutory filings to the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department, Macau AMCM, and other relevant regulators.Coordinate license renewals, CPD declarations, and annual regulatory filings.RequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience in agency operations, insurance administration, or related fields.Proven experience with payroll/compensation systems, data management, and agent lifecycle processes.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage confidential data with integrity and discretion.Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a multi-regulatory environment.Attractive salary and fringe benefits, including 5-day work week, medical, life insurance, annual leave, pension scheme and training subsidies, etc. will be offered to this permanent appointment.
