- Managing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Handling and leading the renovation projects
- Liaising with vendors and contractors.
- Providing secretarial support to senior management, including scheduling and correspondence.
- Coordinating with internal teams to support business operations effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records and managing documentation workflows.
- Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures within the department.
- A solid educational background in business administration or a related field.
- Experience in administrative or secretarial roles within a professional setting - with over 5 years experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
