Service Trainee

• On-the-job training programme focusing in-depth technical know-how in SE field service operations

• Coaching and guidance to support trainees' career development

• Support Senior/ Service Engineers to carry out customer services and/ or project work including but limited to operation and maintenance, testing and commissioning work on electrical/ UPS/ Cooling

• Assist in troubleshoot, investigation and resolving of technical problems of the systems on-site.

• Prepare and maintain proper services and testing records to ensure compliance of quality requirements.

• Assist to perform preventive or corrective maintenance work for electrical/ UPS/ Cooling

• Support Senior/ Engineer to coordinate with the customers for the services and operations work.

• Assist to submit relevant schedules, documents and drawings as per customer requirements.

• Use the corporate systems to complete daily service requests.

• Engage in structural training plan for achieving required competency levels.

• At least Higher Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services or equivalent with less than 2 years working experience

• Proactive in engineering learning and knowledge build-up.

• Have a long-term plan to develop skills in technical aspect of electrical distribution system/ UPS/ Cooling etc. is highly recommended.

• Basic software skills e.g. MS Project is preferred.
