**RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, analyze and resolve system slowdowns

Provide performance improvements to the codebase

Provide quick and accurate feedback to customers
Stay up to date with the evolution of our ORM
Become an expert in the quirks of our ORM

Develop or improve internal tools

MUST HAVE

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Fluency in spoken English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in a low and high level programming language

Interested in software optimization

Strong experience in SQL/relational database systems

NICE TO HAVE

Know our tech stack (Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript)
Know the Unix-Linux platform
Experience in IT and/or IT support
Keen to learn about our hosting types and differences
1-3 years relevant experience
