Job Responsibilities:Ensure high availability, security, and reliability of IT infrastructure, including but not limited to resources optimization, execute backup and disaster recovery planPerform system installation, upgrade, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, patching, and monitoring of Server and network devices.Conduct troubleshooting, analyze system logs to identify potential issues.Administrate hardware and software procurement and inventoryProvide Clinic and Back-office End user support.Documentation for audit proposeAssist in project roll-out and any other duties as assigned by Management.Job Requirements:Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related discipline;1-3 years relevant working experience in IT supportKnowledge and experience in Active Directory, Office 365, VMware and VEEAMExperience in Clinic Management Solution support is an advantageGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese;Excellent Communication Skills and able to work as a team playerCandidates with less experience and fresh graduates will be considered as Technical SupportPlease apply in confidence with full resume, expected salary and availability to the Human Resources Department, OT&P by emailing us via [email redacted, apply via Company website] or by clicking “APPLY NOW” button.The information provided will be used for selection purpose only.
