You will majorly be responsible for maintaining data and ensuring all systems within your assigned role are up to date with the relevant information. You will also be tasked with the handling of general day to day duties within the office to help the team. Finally, you will also be responsible for any other tasks assigned to you by your supervisor/manager as deemed appropriate.Key Responsibilities
Secretarial and administrative duties.
Maintaining up to date details in systems and databases
Support the reception with visitor enquiries and answer the phone
Covering essential duties within the general office team during staff absences
Handle day-to-day accounts payable operations
Verify data and process claims and reimbursement
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Requirements
Relevant experience in administrative / accounting / reception roles
Competent PC skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google docs/sheets/forms/slides
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
Ability to be flexible, prioritise workload, work independently and use initiative
A friendly manner in relation to staff and students is essential
To adapt to changing situations and keen to learn new skills
Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin would be an advantage
Previous experience in a school would be an advantage
