Our client is a well-recognized retail chain, with a well-established retail store network across Hong Kong, Macau and the mainland. To cope with their network operations needs, they are hiring for a Network Engineer on a 12-month renewable contract basis.Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and troubleshoot of network solutions (i.e. Router, switch, Wi-Fi, PA & FortiGate firewall)
Liaise with other IT members and external vendors/ ISP on technical troubleshoot
Evaluate and implement network change requests
Support with ad-hoc network projects

Qualifications:

Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant disciplines
CCNA/CCNP certification preferred but not a must
With 4+ years’ network operations experience
Familiar with Huawei/ Cisco router & switch, and Palo Alto/ FortiGate firewall
With track records managing a medium/ large scaled network infrastructure environment
Good communication skill in Cantonese and English
