- Provide second-level technical support for daily system and network infrastructure operations.
- Diagnose and efficiently resolve issues across systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Design, plan, and implement network solutions for data centers, LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN environments.
- Conduct project implementation, including system installation, configuration, testing, and managing change requests.
- Prepare and maintain network diagrams, perform user acceptance testing, and ensure network resilience and security.
- Possess a Diploma or above in Computer Information Technology or a related field.
- Have at least three years of proven experience in technical support and administration on both Windows and Linux platforms.
- Hold certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, FCA, or MCSE are preferred.
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of OSPF, BGP, MPLS, policy-based routing, load balancing, and network segmentation.
