- Provide technical and operational support for the System, ensuring uninterrupted 7x24 service availability.
- Lead troubleshooting and incident resolution for hybrid cloud and network components.
- Assist in drafting technical specifications for procurement of equipment and services.
- Prepare and maintain system documentation including network diagrams, manuals, and migration plans.
- Support and enhance mobile app network components, including authentication, form filling, notifications, and digital signing.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 4 years of working experience in IT and 1 year working experience with/in the government
- Proven experience with hybrid cloud platforms, especially Tencent Cloud, Huawei Cloud, and government private cloud environments
- Strong hands-on expertise in configuring routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and deploying metro-Ethernet networks
- Solid understanding of:
- Load balancers, internet gateways, mail servers, proxy servers
- DNS, Docker/container technologies
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and digital certificate systems
- Experience in preparing technical specifications for procurement
- Good command of English and writing skills
- Communicate using Putonghua would be require
