- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance.
- Perform daily tasks including health check, monitoring, restore, replacement and others according to the operation procedures.
- Work with other vendors and service providers in regular maintenance, software and hardware upgrade and troubleshooting.
- Assist in preparing test plans, user guides, training, and operation manuals related to hardware and software products.
- Support monthly patch update for Windows, Linux and VMware ESXi servers.
- Participate in the implementation of IT infrastructure related projects.
- Support the IT infrastructure set-up for BCP drill test.
- Provide up-to-date progress report to the supervisor and communicate with other team members to keep abreast of the work progress.
- Strictly adhering to the Company policies, procedures and ethical requirements, ensure the operation of daily activities is ethically and legally complied.
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines.
- 2-3 years Information Technology experience in Banking/Finance and/or Accounting industry with solid exposure in above-mentioned duties and responsibilities.
- Hands-on experience in MS Windows, Linux, VMware, Veeam, Active Directory, NetBackup, MS Exchange, Office 365, SharePoint, SolarWinds,
- Distributed File System, AirWatch, etc.
- Good command of English and Chinese (Japanese will be an advantage).
