- Lead and manage the IT support team to deliver high-quality end-user computing services.
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Windows 11, macOS, and Linux systems.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Manage Active Directory and Azure AD for user access, group policies, and identity management.
- Implement and maintain Microsoft Intune for device management and security compliance.
- Oversee IT service management processes using ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests.
- Manage print services using Papercut, including user quotas, print policies, and reporting.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of IT services.
- Lead IT projects and initiatives, including upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong experience with end-user computing environments and support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows 11, macOS, and Linux.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, Intune, and ServiceNow.
- Experience with Papercut or similar print management solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- ITIL certification or experience with IT service management frameworks is a plus.
- Fluency in both Cantonese and English is required.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant IT Manager position.
