Kerry evokes adaptability by creating a socially stimulating environment.We are looking for a Concierge Assistant based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!As a Concierge Assistant, we rely on you to:

Provide updated and relevant information for guests, including local areas, city tours, restaurant reservations and airline reservations/confirmation etc.
Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving the Hotel
Assist guests in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage
Assist guest with luggage, ensure timely deliveries and collections of guests’ luggage
Ensure proper records are maintained for all guests’ deliveries
Arrange transportation for guests upon request

We are looking for someone who has:

A customer-centric mindset and a sense of responsibility as a team player
Outgoing, courteous with pleasant personality
Willing to work on shift
Fresh graduates are welcomed
