- Assign staff in guest luggage storage and pick-up for all arrival & departure’s guests
- Assign staff in efficient parcel / newspaper / message delivery
- Assist guests in air ticket arrangement and Visa applications
- Provide updated and relevant recommendations about restaurants, shopping areas and tourist attractions
- Arrange limousine/shuttle service for guests upon request
- Supervise and assist in the departmental training of Concierge team
- Minimum 3 years experience in 5-star hotel Concierge department
- Reliable and service-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and work independently
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
