Key ResponsibilitiesSupport delivery and warehouse team on daily operations, and execution of regular and customized order requirements on-time in-fullManage own fleet team and monitor outsourced delivery trucks to ensure smooth daily delivery plan, and effective manpower deployment to optimize high level of service and costs.Support warehouse and distribution function on planning and management of manpower, resources allocation, and third-party service providers based on business needs to ensure efficient logistics operationsSupport management and transformation projects of logistics function to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, while optimizing productivity through maintaining good balance of service and costs.Lead supply chain / cross functional projects to enable strategic business development and transformationImprove operational effectiveness through regular monitoring, analysis, and reviews; propose and implement action plans for continuous Improvement and transformation projects.The Ideal CandidateDiploma or above (preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management)Min 3 years' experience in logistics functions with ability to manage sizable team of operators.Strong growth mindset, customer-oriented attitude and high agility to changes (willing to work flexi-hours subject to business needs)Good communication and interpersonal skillsGood command of English being desirableGood analytical and presentation skills with high literacy in MS Excel / PPTWork experience in SAP or logistics system is an asset.Independent, flexible and adaptable to change, and passionate about challengesAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
