(Senior) HR Manager, C&B

- Manage and lead the Hong Kong rewards team to ensure their performance meets the company standard
- Manage and implement various C&B projects, including but not limited to annual salary review, benchmarking exercise, job evaluation, inventive/benefits scheme review, market surveys, job analysis, and executive remuneration for Hong Kong
- Develop and review C&B policies and processes
- Continuous analysis of market competitiveness and return on investment of total rewards practices and programs
- Partnering with regional HR and colleagues to ensure flawless execution of rewards programs and practices, and full compliance with legal, labor relations, tax and social insurance requirements for all locations
- Build and maintain good internal and external relationships regarding different HR projects
- Take up additional projects as assigned by management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in regional C&B management, including 4 years in managerial level
- Strong communication, project management, and implementation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritize workload
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
