- Lead and manage the regional reward team, ensuring their performance aligns with company standards
- Oversee and implement various C&B projects, such as annual salary reviews, benchmarking exercises, job evaluations, incentive/benefits scheme reviews, market surveys, job analyses, and executive remuneration across assigned countries
- Develop and review C&B policies and processes
- Continuously analyze market competitiveness and evaluate the return on investment of total rewards practices and programs
- Collaborate with regional HR and colleagues to ensure flawless execution of rewards programs and practices, while ensuring compliance with legal, labor relations, tax, and social insurance requirements across all locations
- Foster strong internal and external relationships related to various HR projects
- Undertake additional projects as assigned by the management team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in regional C&B management, including 5 years in managerial level
- Strong communication, project management, and implementation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritize workload
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
