About the ClientOur client is a sizable and well-established corporation within Sourcing industry headquartering in Europe. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Regional Human Resources Manager.About the role

Work in partnership with HR and the business as a trusted adviser to support the development and delivery of talent development strategies and workforce plans
Align HR initiatives with business line priorities and provide guidance on talent management, succession planning, and organizational design
Use workforce data and apply analytical skills to formulate people insights and recommendations
Support talent acquisition of mid-senior roles to meet the on-going needs of the organization
Provide coaching and support to managers on HR-related issues

The Successful Applicant

Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience gain from well-developed and sizable corporation
Numerically sensitive and strong attention to details
Excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills is needed
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
