- Develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies and collaborate with line managers to ensure the acquisition of high-caliber candidates
- Partner closely with leadership team in order to devise and implement tailored fit-for-purpose approaches to address future business and hiring needs
- Establish effective talent sourcing strategies to identify key talent pools, understand competitors' talent sourcing approach and make use of this information to refine the recruitment strategy
- Supervise and review the overall recruitment procedures to maintain a high quality of deliverables
- Build a valuable and trusting relationship with stakeholders, act as the thought partner to inspire the stakeholders to visualize the future business strategies, facilitate the process to assist stakeholders to make business decisions, as well as interpreting most critical business strategies into forward looking HR priorities.
- Acts as the HR architect to design HR priorities and projects addressing the business needs and execute across the organization via persuasion and influence.
- Identifies the most pressing talent opportunities and challenges throughout the organization and are aligned with a specific business unit or function, owning talent management strategy for that group.
- Work with training team to develop and conduct appropriate training and development programs to new employees and existing team within the constraint time and budget
- Support and coordinate with regional office on all aspects relating to the realization of local, regional and corporate related training program
- Lead and participate in ad hoc duties projects as assigned
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience and able to interact with people at different levels
- Able to work and influence effectively in a team-based environment and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment
- Work independently in a dynamic environment of change, multiple deadlines and priorities
- Drive through challenges using innovative approaches and solutions in aspect of recruitment and training
- Proactive, responsible, self-initiated, creative, good communication skill, good presentation skill
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese a must
