Talent Acquisition Manager

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Spearhead the use and continued assessment of recruitment resources to enhance return on investment and candidate quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external partners such as universities, and professional organizations.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand talent needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the HR team to enhance recruitment processes and systems to streamline and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve talent acquisition efforts.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of recruiters.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with progression into a managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Proficient in using ATS, recruitment software, and HRIS system
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
