- Assist to handle full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to staff engagement & communications, compensation & benefits and talent management
- Maintain an accurate and updated employee database
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, report consolidation
- Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned by the Supervisors
- Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or any related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferrably in the Hotel Industry
- Proficient in MS Office and computer applications
- Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience would be considered as Human Resources Assistant
