Our client is a leading Financial Institution and they are dedicated to driving operational excellence and strategic growth. They would like to find a Strategy and Operation Consultant, to specialize in optimizing processes and implementing effective strategies to enhance organizational performance.Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Internal Strategy & Operations Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process mapping and target operating models, with a proven ability to implement changes and manage process improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze current operational processes and create detailed as-is process maps to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and develop target operating models that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and changes effectively.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from stakeholders and ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Monitor the implementation of changes and assess their impact on operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to process changes and improvements.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes, making adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process mapping and designing target operating models.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully implementing process improvements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies.
  • Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
  • Candidate with experiences working in Strategy Consultant, or Process Improvement Consultant in a Consulting firm would be preferred.
