Responsibilities:Lead a small team to handle full spectrum of C&B functions including monthly payroll calculation, compensation and benefits administration, employee compensation, tax reporting, related analysis and reports, and other C&B related mattersPerform salary survey, benchmarking exercise, cost analysis and other rewards related dutiesSupport annual projects such as budgeting and forecasting, medical renewal, salary and bonus review, salary structure reviewParticipate in ad hoc or assigned projects / tasksRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplinesMinimum 8 years’ relevant experience in C&B and payroll function from sizable companies in dynamic and fast-moving industryWell-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislationAttention to details with strong numeric sensitivity and accuracyExcellent interpersonal & communication skills with good problem-solving skillsProactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing prioritiesMeticulous with strong sense of responsibilityGood command in written and spoken English and ChineseProficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPointCandidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources OfficerGood remuneration and attractive fringe benefits will be offered to the successful applicant.
