The successful candidate will be based at our headquarters or a regional office, tasked with steering HR IT projects on a global scale.As a Manager, Human Resource IT Systems, we rely on you to:
  • Spearhead the development and execution of Global HR IT projects, ensuring they align with the strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Oversee the administration of HR systems, maintaining their reliability, security, and alignment with business needs.
  • Work closely with HR management, users, and vendors to deliver effective HR system solutions and IT services.
  • Champion initiatives aimed at enhancing the HR IT landscape, adopting new technologies to improve system performance.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and partners to support the strategic direction of HR IT.
  • Uphold compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and best practice frameworks in HR IT system management.
  • Offer expert advice and support to the HR team regarding the optimal use of HR technology and systems.
We are looking for someone who:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications are preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of professional IT experience, with focus on HR systems and project leadership.
  • 3+ years in a lead role managing HR IT applications.
  • 5+ years of IT Business Analysis experience.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and delivering large-scale, global HR IT projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes and the role of technology in enhancing HR service delivery.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, capable of engaging with a diverse stakeholder group.
  • Proven collaborative skills, working with HR management, users, and vendors to achieve common objectives.
  • Proven decision-making skills and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and focus on producing quality work.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% if necessary.
  • Added advantage:
  • Hands-on experience in software solution design, architecture, development and participated in the software development life cycle
  • Participated in implementation of industry standard HRIS Systems
