Duties
  • Implement and oversee billing and collections operations, systems, and procedures to ensure effective service delivery for all customers, in line with company policies.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers and partners involved in billing and collection services.
  • Support ERP transformation projects, contributing to planning, execution, and change management efforts.
  • Analyze customer segments to understand their characteristics and preferences, and recommend improvements for billing and collections processes.
  • Reconcile and update general ledger entries related to payment collections, deposits, refunds, write-offs, and bank charges.
  • Review and propose enhancements to customer journey, work processes, internal systems, and procedures to boost productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Identify system requirements for new initiatives and organize user acceptance testing to ensure accurate and timely outcomes.
  • Lead and assist with various ad hoc project tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in generating analysis reports (e.g., billing and payment analysis, budget forecasts) and conducting process reviews or internal audits.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and familiarity with process mapping and system testing methodologies; experience with Oracle is a plus.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is preferred.
