DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple departments, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Compensation & Benefits: Administer competitive offer packages, conduct annual appraisals, facilitate salary review cycles, and support manpower planning and headcount management.HR Compliance & Operations: Ensure all HR practices adhere to local labor regulations. Maintain expertise in areas such as MPF offsetting, compensation benchmarking, and payroll tax considerations.Market Insight: Utilize knowledge of Hong Kong labor law; familiarity with the regulatory environments in China and Southeast Asia will be highly regarded.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.1-3 years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and compensation.Prior experience within a multinational corporation (MNC) or large, complex organization is preferred.Demonstrable expertise in recruitment strategies, compensation structures, and HR best practices.In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong employment law.
