Dorsett Kai Tak features two Presidential Suites, each with its own private terrace and the Presidential Harbour View Pool Suite housing its own 10m lap pool. Ensure all reservation enquires are followed throughtoutly
Maintain reservation records and guest database
Handle incoming calls promptly and in professional manner

Requirement:

Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Courteous and service oriented
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Conversant in both oral and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
Fresh university graduates are welcome
Candidate with more experience can apply for Senior Reservations Agent
