Senior / Reservations Agent (5-Day Work Week)

- Answers all incoming calls promptly, politely, helpfully and follow hotel call standard
- Accepts reservations according to the room situation, correct rate and availability
- Inputs confirmed reservation information into PMS so as to have the most updated room situation at all times
- Follow up reservations to ensure that all reservations are in good order
- Keeps records of all reservations through a well organized filling system
- Upsells rooms package, transportation services and other facilities whenever opportunities arise
- Follows instructions from superiors to maintain optimum occupancy and average room rate for the purpose of maximizing revenue
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Management from time to time
- Diploma or Higer Diploma holder in hospitality management or equivalent
- Fresh graduates will also welcome
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Knowledge of Opera system is an advantage
- 5-day work week, daily 8.5 working hours plus meal break
