- Certificate or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in Hotel Reservations Industry
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good communication skills and customer service
- Familiar with Opera system and MS Office applications
- Handling all reservation inquires, bookings and answer customer inquires via online platform and incoming call
- 5-day work week
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- 5-day work per week
- 12 days Annual Leave and 14 days Statutory Holiday per year (Total 26 days)
