- Reporting line: Associate Director (based in Singapore)
- Role based in Hong Kong for a proven and experienced Project Manager in growing Consultancy Professional Services (CPS) team
- Lead Cyber projects as Customer's primary Point-of-Contact.
- Be responsible for the planning and execution of Cyber projects’ in-scope deliverables according to the stipulated project plan schedule.
- Manage the project Issues and Risks.
- Take over newly awarded project from Sales Specialist (SS) and Sales Engineer (SE), or on-going project from incumbent Project Manager (PM)
- Validate SOW, BOM and Cost Sheet
- Sync up with SS on the external procurement(s) and target delivery schedule and arrangement
- Prepare for Customer Kick-off Meeting
- Host Customer Kick-off Meeting
- Submit Kick-off Meeting Minutes and follow on issues raised
- Prepare Project Management Plan (PMP) and submit for Customer's approval
- Be Customer primary Point-of-Contact (POC) on all in-scope project matters during project phase
- Manage internal and vendor Project Team to deliver project milestones and deliverables on schedule
- Manage project budget, expenses and billing milestones
- Host Weekly/Monthly Project Progress Meeting with Customer
- Submit Weekly/Monthly Project Status Update Meeting Minutes and follow up on Action Items
- Manage the preparation and review of in-scope project documentations and submit Customer
- Manage Project Risks; Update Project Risk Register
- Manage Project Issues, Update Project Issue Log
- Manage handover of security solution implemented to Customer's designated Day-2 Operations (incl. HW/SW Maintenance Agreements)
- Acquire Customer Sign-off and Project Commissioning
- Notify SS and AM on project completion
- Summarize and document "Lessons Learnt"
- Release internal and external project resources
- Release payment to Vendor
- Assist the sales specialist personnel in the qualification of Major Account customer needs and performing pre demo needs analysis to assigned accounts.
- Accountable in influencing and leading all technical and RFP opportunities generated from assigned accounts.
- Demonstrations of the managed security services (hereby called product), both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite within customers venues and or offsite with the Group.
- Generation of product demo POC together with vendors to demonstrate the capabilities of managed security services.
- Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects.
- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP
- Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents with clear solutioning ownership.
- Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
- Staying relevant to cyber security knowledge and landscape with constant upgrading or attending strategic or professional certification.
- Supporting Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc
- Staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
- Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security etc.
- In conjunction with Sales Personnel and Professional Services, conduct transition briefing - communicate commitments, expectations solution blueprint in preparation for operational deployment

- Role based in Hong Kong for a proven and experienced Security Engineer in growing Consultancy Professional Services (CPS) team
- Work closely with the Project Managers of assigned projects on implementation of security product technologies
- Be responsible of the technical implementation of the in-scope security technologies
- Ensure timely and smooth implementation of in-scope security technologies according to the proposed technical solutions
- Interact and front Customers and internal teams on technical implementation-related matters of assigned projects; Attend internal and Customer meetings
- Hand over completed implementation projects to designated Maintenance and Operations parties
- Prepare technical documentations on implemented security products
- Guide and mentor other junior Engineers in the team
- Validate and provide feedback on security product technical solutions proposed by Presales Team
- Work with Presales Team and assist in man-effort estimation on deployment project Profession Service requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Information System
- At least 6 years’ working experience, within which at least 3 years’ are full-time experiences in managing IT projects in the job role of “Project Manager” (or equivalent)
- Fluent communicator in both written and spoken English;
- Fluent communicator in spoken Cantonese
- Good interpersonal, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and a passion for cyber security
- PMP Certified (or PRINCE 2 certified) with sound knowledge on project management methodologies
- Decent general knowledge on information technologies
- It will be an advantage to possess the following, but not a must:
- Prior working experience as Project Manager in large complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- ITIL certified
- Prior experience and/or certifications in any of the cyber security technology products.
- Degree or Higher - 5-7 Years working experience or 3-5 Years in Managed security services or vendor platform
- Networking, major vendor solution or Managed security services - (1) Knowledge of Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Proxy, DDOS, SIEM, DLP, APT, WAF, EDR etc. (2) IP Based Networking, Layer-2 & Layer-3 MPLS, Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS, IGRP, EIGRP) and Switching • Knowledge (VLAN, Trunks, L2/L3 Switching)
- Familiar with Dedicated Managed Hosting, Private Cloud, Public Cloud and Hybrid Cloud
- Prior experience in presales
- Possess strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
- Preferred Certification - Professional certification such as Azure, CISA, CISSP would be an bonus.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Information System
- At least 5 Years working experience in IT security technologies deployment and/or operations
- Fluent communicator in both written and spoken English;
- Fluent communicator in spoken Cantonese;
- Good interpersonal, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and a passion for cyber security
- Sound fundamental knowledge on IP networking (e.g. TCP/IP, routing, etc.) and operation systems (e.g. Windows, Linux, etc.)
- It will be an advantage to possess the following, but not a must / Prior experience and/or certifications in any of the following security technology products: Zscaler ZIA, Zscaler ZPA, Splunk
- Prior working experience in large complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- CISSP certification
