- Strategic Development: Create forecasts for IT/Cyber Security products and manage their delivery, while executing strategies to discover and secure new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work with sales, product development, and services teams to ensure product alignment with market needs and clear communication of sales performance.
- Operating Plan Execution: Deliver growth objectives, including market share, revenue, profit, and ROI for customers through effective marketing and research activities.
- Technical Expertise: Understand various cyber technology domains, such as Managed Security, SIEM, and Threat Detection, and identify key product benefits for sales and marketing.
- Communication Skills: Present effectively to diverse external audiences, including senior executives, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or Engineering, with relevant professional certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP).
- Experience: Pre-sales or Project Management, with strong technical knowledge in cybersecurity domains.
- Sales Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales goals, exhibiting strong motivation.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent time management, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to multi-task under tight deadlines.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong communication and relationship management skills.
