I'm partnering with an innovative, data-driven global leader in smart technology solutions company that is doing exactly that. They're looking for a Talent and Development Manager to architect their entire talent development strategy in Asia.Key responsibilities include, and are not limited to:
  • Develop and execute L&D strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Design and implement training systems, tools, and frameworks.
  • Partner with business units to identify needs and deliver onboarding, soft skills, leadership, and performance training.
  • Lead performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and action planning.
  • Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions using internal and external resources.
  • Manage logistics for training, CSR, and internal engagement events.
  • Monitor headcount and turnover trends; propose retention strategies.
  • Analyze training data and report progress.
  • Provide HR advisory support and assist with ad-hoc projects.
Successful candidates should possess:
  • Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in L&D within a sizable organization.
  • Regional or global training exposure in multicultural environments within the tech sector.
  • Expertise across a broad range of training topics including onboarding, leadership, regulatory, and communication.
  • Ability to collaborate across regions and build scalable training platforms.
  • Proven ability to build and launch training programs from scratch.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Creative, structured, and engaging training design capabilities.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in MS Office; self-driven and detail-oriented.
