Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Assist the development of sales and marketing strategies to achieve financial and market share growth for HNW and Unit-Linked businesses
  • Collaborate with sales teams to expand sales tools and channel forecasts to achieve targets in ANP, case count and other relevant KPIs on a timely basis
  • Support formulating sales strategies from performing deep dive analysis
  • Drive tracking reports to contribute to action in achieving sales targets, supporting sales teams with timely information and business insights to support business development
  • Perform internal governance control and draft sales tracking reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree holder with additional 5-6 year's experience in HNW market
  • Sound knowledge on Insurance Products and the HNW segment
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Good command in both written and oral Chinese and English
