Assistant Finance Manger

• Oversee daily finance operations with focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Revenue Analysis to support the business running

• Assist in month-end closing by reviewing journal entries and accounting schedules to ensure accurate and timely reporting

• Communicate closely with internal stakeholders to resolve the O2C, P2P and R2R issues and enquires in a timely manner

• Ensure proper internal controls are in place and assist in formulating appropriate policies and procedures, if necessary

• Support the team on process improvement projects, budgeting and financial planning & analysis

• Assist in statutory audit, tax filing and compliance of applicable regulatory requirements (such as furnishing Quarterly Survey, etc)

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Statistics or related disciplines

• At least 7 years’ relevant experience in finance operations; prior experience in auditing is a plus

• Qualified member or finalist of HKICPA or equivalent is preferred

• Experience and knowledge in IT Solutions business will be an advantage

• A self-motivated and detail-oriented team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Presentable and analytical with good interpersonal skills and strategic mindset

• Proficiency in MS Excel, BI, Financial Systems to analyze the data and prepare package to the Group

• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantones
