Responsibilities:Handle all-round office administrative duties, including office supplies procurement.Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions they may have.Responsible for the maintenance and procurement of office machines.Coordinate with internal staff and contractors for job arrangements and follow-up actions.Receive deliveries, sort, and distribute incoming mail, etc.Perform ad hoc tasks, such as supporting company events or internal meetings.Requirements:Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing (both English and Chinese).Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.Ability to work under pressure.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
