This role will be pivotal in shaping segment propositions, identifying growth opportunities, and orchestrating cross-functional initiatives that increase customer growth.Job Responsibilities:Segment Strategy DevelopmentDefine and refine segment strategies for priority segmentsUse data-driven insights to identify segment-specific needs, behaviors, and growth potentialCollaborate with analytics and research teams to continuously monitor segment performance and refine targeting approachesBe the customer portfolio management focal point for Group office – align strategic metrics, reporting and best practice sharing across LBUsProposition Design and PartnershipsDevelop compelling segment propositions that address protection gaps, lifestyle needs, and financial goalsGrow strategic partnerships with external value-added service providers to deepen customer engagement and enrich our propositions. Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing partner relationships.Portfolio Growth and CommercializationOwn the repurchase strategy across segments. Lead the commercialization roadmap, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact on repurchase and portfolio growthDesign, lead and implement cross-team initiatives and platform build in driving repurchaseCross-Functional LeadershipLead strategic taskforce on projects stemming from HK customer marketing strategies, setting clear objectives, providing direction, and ensuring effective collaboration among team members. Responsible to present findings and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders regularlyTeam Management and Capability BuildingManage and mentor a team of managers and senior managers focused on segment proposition and portfolio growthFoster a high-performance culture with clear goals, continuous feedback, and development opportunitiesJob Requirements:Degree holder in Marketing/Business or related disciplinesMaster degree in relevant disciplines will be a plusMinimum 15 years of experience in customer strategy, marketing, or portfolio management, preferably in insurance or financial servicesProven track record in segment strategy, proposition development, and portfolio initiatives that increased customer loyalty, deepened share of wallet and revenue growthStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departmentsExperience in agile project delivery and commercialization planningFluent in English and Cantonese (written and oral)Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
