- Assist in trademark and copyright litigation, enforcement actions, and anti-counterfeiting programs.
- Prepare and file trademark applications and manage prosecution processes.
- Conduct IP due diligence and assist in licensing and transactional matters.
- Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and international offices.
- Maintain and update IP databases and case management systems.
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IP law
- Excellent written and spoken English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently
