- Handle external client enquiries and support internal labs request.
- Prepare quotation for the customer
- Manage client program status and project timeline with client and labs
- Provide excellent customer services and maintain good relationship with clients
- Work closely and provide the relevant support on key customers' request
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery
- Bachelor's Degree and generally one year of customer service or sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to respond appropriately to customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Good communication skill, outgoing and initiative
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
