Our client, a global recognised retail brand with a dynamic business portfolio across Asia Pacific and Europe. They are now actively looking for a Senior System Analyst with good exposures in data migration and SQL development.The ideal candidate should have good exposures in handling supply chain, logistics or warehouse system. He or she should have product knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL.Senior System Analyst, PL/SQLJob Duties:

Participate in Project Implementation and various stages across System Development Life-Cycle aligning with business needs
Interfacing with business users and gathering business requirements and assist with translating it to technical specifications
Collaborate across IT teams providing 2nd level system support on business application systems.
Assist with the feasibility studies on requirements, system designs and specifications, development and coding, SIT and UAT, implementation, maintenance and support.
Assist with verifying and validating the accuracy and completeness on the various systems design.
Assist with evaluating applications through Proof-of-Concepts, testing with tools, customization, 3rd party applications and components.
Assist with data collection, mappings, conversion ensuring accuracy with representation
Ensure documentation not limited to architecture design, manuals, training-guides, etc. established on all application development.
Responsible for providing assistance with demonstrations and trainings to users with the use of applications.
Provide up-to-date progress report to the supervisor and communicate with other team members to keep abreast of the work progress.

Job requirement:

Over 5 years years experience in data related principles / data migration
Hands-on experience with software development life-cycle adopting best practices and methodology not limited to SDLC, Agile, etc.
Practical experience in implementing and supporting application systems for retail / supply chain / logistics industry.
Solid experience on Oracle Forms & Reports, PL/SQL.
Working experience with RDBS not limited to MySQL, SQL and Oracle.
