To provide high levels of customer care support for the clients of Allianz Partners on product and service enquiries received via the service hotline for Personal Lines, Travel Insurance, Road Side Assistance and Home Appliances Protection.Responsibilities:Handling customer's enquiries and complaints in professional manners via the service hotlineRespond quickly and politely to all inbound calls, client and service partner with the professional service standard at all timesComplete other work as assigned by supervisorRequirements:Degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality or equivalent would be an advantage2 years of working experience within a call centre environmentPast work experience in General Insurance or Travel Agency is a plusExcellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skillsGood analytical and problem solving skillsGood command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (verbal and written)Valid IIQE I,II would be an advantageApplication Process:A competitive remuneration and benefits package will be offered.
