ResponsibilitiesProvide recruitment support including sourcing, job advertisement posting, screening, arranging interview and onboardingAssist with performance management, employee relations, training and development initiativesHandle administration work on visa applicationParticipate in ISO audits and assist in preparing surveys & reportsMaintain and update HR records including personnel files and HRISDesign, maintain and implement webpage, and HR-related applicationsProvide support to ensure smooth running of day-to-day HR & Admin operationsPerform ad-hoc tasks as assignedRequirementsAcademic Qualification: Higher Diploma or above
Field of Study: Human Resources Management or Business Administration
