We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.Job Responsibilities:Acted as solution lead being responsible for system analysis, maintenance, upgrade, quality assurance and user support on various Finance and Actuarial SystemsLiaising with business users, vendors and other IT teams - including local, regional and third-parties – on project and service deliveryPerforming system documentations like project management plan, costing, design specification and test planReporting to supervisors and assist management activities, including project & resource planning, project tracking and monitoring, team buildingJob Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years’ work experience in Information Technology, preferably in insurance, banking, or finance sectors
  • Solid experience on application development and maintenance of life policy administration system; preferably on reinsurance domain
  • Hands-on experience and skills on below aspects:
  • Oracle SQL and database administration
  • IBM Websphere, JSF2, Java and Unix platform
  • JIRA, Confluence and Bitbucket
  • Agile methodology
  • Azure cloud service (e.g. AzureDevOps, PostgreSQL, container, etc.) is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Objective-oriented, willing to learn and adopting new ways of working
