  • Responsible for the daily operations of Data Centre, including batch processing, system monitoring, help desk and first tier technical support
  • Operate mainframe, open system computers and peripheral equipment
  • Perform job submission according to the job schedule, inspect the job result, monitor the console messages and report errors in a timely manner
  • Degree holder or above in Information Technology, Business Administration or other related disciplines, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
  • Good knowledge on IBM mainframe, Windows or Linux is preferable
  • Willing to work on a 24-hour shift basis
