  • Second In‐charge of the facilities teams
  • Act as the point of contact between the Contractor and Venue Operation Team on all matters relating to Venue operations and the facilities management services
  • Manage and report the performance of all soft services provided
  • Oversee and manage facilities teams to ensure services are delivered in compliance with the SLA/ statutory requirements/ Ordinances and achieve the KPI targets
  • Deliver effective communication through advice, contractor performance review, the Authority /team meetings, briefings, correspondence, monthly/ad‐hoc reporting and other publications, as appropriate
  • Monitor and liaise with the Relevant Authorities to deliver services on time and closely monitor quality control and progress of works
  • Deliver excellent service on‐site to meet the Authority's expectations and provide operational activities/exhibits/events interface for facilities management and technical support
  • Prepare tender documents for outsourcing works on the Authority’s terms and conditions
  • Review and monitor the performance of vendors and contractors
  • Provide support in budget estimation, preparation of financial reports, management report monthly and other reports when requested by Authority’s Representative
  • Attend regular meetings with the Authority and other meetings requested by Authority’s Representative
Key Qualifications
  • Degree/Higher Diploma in Facilities Management and/or Property Management or equivalent
  • Preferable holder of relevant professional qualification in Housing / Property Management such as MHKIH, MCIH, MRICS, HKIS, RPHM or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 years of facilities management experience, of which a minimum of 2 years in the manager grade of facilities management operations gained in venues of a scale equivalent to the Venue
  • Good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel etc.
  • Good communication and effective interpersonal skills. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, especially in report writing
  • Willing to work at night and during public holidays/Sundays
  • Capable to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Building/ Properties Management regulations and Ordinances.
