- Manage various bookings and handle general enquiries over the phone
- Handle inpatient and outpatient registration, process related documents, verify insurance documents for direct billing, and coordinate with other departments to meet patient needs
- Perform office administration tasks such as ordering office supplies, maintaining document records, and performing general clerical duties
- Act as a hospital ambassador by welcoming and escorting VIPs and customers, delivering high-quality face-to-face services, and providing information about hospital facilities and services
- Perform any other duties (in the capacity as Customer Service Officer) as assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time
- Staff are required to perform night shift and overnight shift duty
- Holder of a diploma in Health Management, Hospitality Management or Customer Service related disciplines
- At least 2 years’ customer service experience preferably in health care, medical insurance industry or hospitality industry
- Experience in customer service in hospital is preferred
- Detail-oriented, positive attitude and self-motivated
- Responsible, able to work under pressure and handle multi-task independently
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
