  • To maintain a high standard of communication and provide lateral services to other sections and maintain a good and friendly relationship with internal and external customers
  • To maintain effective coordination with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Technical Department for smooth operations
  • To carry out daily operations of serviced apartment to deliver premier services to guests
  • To answer all queries, provide accurate local information, resolve problems and complaints arising from guests
  • To perform daily administration, data entry works and reports
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years working experience in Hotel, Serviced Apartments or Luxury Residential is preferable
  • Candidate with less experience & fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
  • Pleasant personality, outgoing and presentable
  • Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
  • Working Time: overnight shit (22:30 – 07:30)
