  • Assisting daily operation for the service apartment
  • Deliver outstanding customers experience through excellent customer service on inbound and outbound calls
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise on Pensions schemes/ processes/ procedures
  • Investigate and take ownership of complex member queries
  • Be an active team player and participate in team meetings to discuss, share ideas and celebrate achievement of team goals
  • Work to achieve personal and team KPIs
  • Support leaders and colleagues within the services apartment in delivering results
  • Keep abreast of current industry related information and changes
  • Actively contribute to continuous process improvement
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years working experience in Hotel, Serviced Apartments or Luxury Residential
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
  • Pleasant personality, outgoing and presentable
  • Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
